1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the FRR (Four Rings Racing) platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. These protocols govern all visual assets, logos, and technical content hosted under the FRR brand.

2. INDEPENDENT DESIGN STATUS & NON-AFFILIATION

FRR is an independent design study and enthusiast project. * Audi AG: FRR is NOT affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by Audi AG, Audi Sport, or any of its subsidiaries. The “Four Rings Racing” name is a thematic tribute and does not claim ownership of any official Audi trademarks. * Formula 1: All references to F1, Formula One, and the FIA Formula One World Championship are used strictly for descriptive purposes within the context of motorsport enthusiast design and do not imply any official partnership.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original content, including but not limited to the FRR logo (Red F, Black R, White R) and custom anthracite carbon-fiber interface designs, are the creative property of the FRR project. * Personal Use: You may share FRR content for non-commercial, enthusiast, or editorial purposes provided that full credit is given to the project. * Commercial Prohibitions: You may not modify, redistribute, or sell any FRR design assets for commercial gain without express written authorization.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users are expected to engage with the FRR platform and community professionally. Any attempts to disrupt site performance, scrape data, or distribute unauthorized “leaks” of project assets are strictly prohibited.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The content provided by FRR is for entertainment and aesthetic purposes only. FRR is not liable for any technical inaccuracies in racing data, or for any hardware or software issues resulting from the use of digital assets or site interaction.

6. MODIFICATIONS

FRR reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time to reflect the evolution of the project. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new protocols.
